We will call you if we need to confirm details of your move or if we see a problem with your information. As an example because price depends on size/weight of vehicle, if you had entered a Ford F-250 pickup as a car instead of a truck the quoted price would not be correct. We may also call you if you enter something in the "special request" field and we need to clarify your request.

We use your email address only to send you a confirmation of this quote request and any necessary additional information. If you book the order with us we will use your email address to keep you up to date on the status of your move. We never use your address for any unsolicited marketing or anything not connected with this quote request.

Tell us as much as you can and we'll do our best to figure it out. Our system can usually come up with the ZIP based on the city/state. If not, we'll give you an estimated quote based on the state only. The actual price may change when we get the correct city/state combination; if that happens we will notify you.

We will do our best to accomodate your needs, but we usually require at least a few days notice to arrange a carrier. If you are in a hurry, the most important thing you can do is to book your order with us as soon as possible so we can start working on it. We will give you a pickup "window" of a few days at first; when we assign your move to a truck, the driver will give you the exact date.

Usually the exact make/model of the vehicle are not as important as the general type (car, SUV, truck) but we like having more detail so we can confirm that the right type has been selected. When you place the order with us we will need an accurate vehicle description, so if you enter it now we'll be all set when we need it. The difference in cost for moving a non-running vehicle can be dramatic, so that field is very important.

We realize that your vehicle is important to you and sometimes things aren't routine. If you need any special treatment for your vehicle (like an enclosed carrier) or if your vehicle has been modified (big tires, lowered, large antennas) please tell us here. The immediate price quote you get will not take this into account so we may have to discuss this with you.
